Refund & Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All of our filament 3D-printed items are pre-printed and inspected before being listed.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong item chosen
Normal filament print features, including:
- Visible layer lines
- Tiny bumps or artifacts
- Minor stringing
- Slight color or texture variations
These are normal for FDM filament prints and not considered defects.
2. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
Please include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the box
- Photos of the packaging
If approved, you will receive:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A refund if the item cannot be replaced
Damage reported after 48 hours is not eligible.
3. Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include photos and your order number
We will send the correct item at no extra cost.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before the shipping label is created.
Once your order is marked:
- Processing, or
- Shipped…it cannot be cancelled.
5. Filament Print Disclaimer
All items are printed using FDM filament (PLA/PLA+).
Normal characteristics include:
- Layer lines
- Small imperfections
- Minor stringing
- Slight color/texture differences
These do not qualify for refunds or returns.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:
- USPS delays
- Packages marked Delivered but not received
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
For lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS directly.
