4. Filament Print Disclaimer
All items are printed using FDM filament (PLA/PLA+).
Normal characteristics include:
•Visible layer lines
•Minor imperfections or texture differences
•Slight color variations
•Tiny bumps or minor stringing
These are normal for filament prints and not considered defects.

5. Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Email [email protected] within 48 hours
2. Include photos of:
•The damaged item
•The box
•The packaging materials
If approved, we will provide a replacement (if available) or a refund if a replacement is not possible.

•Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
